一、标准更新历史：

EN IEC 60335-2-14:2023版于2023年10月发布，内容完全引用IEC 60335-2-14:2016的内容，直接取代了EN 60335-2-14:2006 + A1:2008 + A11:2012 + A12:2016。

EN IEC 60335-2-14:2023/A1:2023版于2023年12月10日发布，等效于IEC 60335-2-14:2016/A1:2019的内容。

EN IEC 60335-2-14:2023/A11:2023版于2023年12月10日与A1版同时发布，A11表示此更新是基于A1（IEC 60335-2-14:2016/A1:2019）的内容，针对欧盟本土做出的内容更新，体现了欧盟与IEC的差异化，维护了欧盟的贸易壁垒。

虽然欧盟从EN 60335-2-14:2003版开始就将此标准列入LVD低电压指令范围，但是到目前为止欧盟官方公告OJ始终没有将此标准列入LVD参考协调标准范围内，同样也不在MD机械指令协调标准范围内。所以此标准的强制执行时间只能参考标准的dow时间。

两个标准最大的差异在于，2023版在11章增加了11.7.2和11.7.3的内容，限制了产品额定功率虚标的问题，把2006版的漏洞彻底堵死。

11.7.3要求：

-额定功率≤300W时，实际功率≤额定功率的80%；

-额定功率在300-400W之间，额定功率-实际功率>60W;

-额定功率>400W时，实际功率≤额定功率的85%；

如果产品测试功率满足以上条件时，需要上测功机加载到额定功率，再按照11.7.101-118的条件进行测试。如果温升超标即判断为失败。

1． Cl 7.1针对blenders, slicers, centrifugal juicers的盖子和防护罩上要打说明书符号:

ISO 7000-0790(2004-01)

2． Cl 7.12说明书的警示语变更:

 2.1 针对food processors, blenders说明书必须警告用户误用会有潜在安全隐患。

 2.2 针对hand-held blenders必须包含如下警告语句:

Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

 2.3 针对bean slicers, berry-juice extractors, blenders and hand-held blenders churns, centrifugal, juicers, coffee mills, food mixers, food processors, grain grinders, knife sharpeners, knives, mincers, noodle makers, potato peelers, shredders, sieving machines, slicing machines说明书必须包含如下警告语句:

This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

 2.4 针对can openers, citrus-fruit squeezers, cream whippers, egg beaters, graters， ice-cream machines说明书必须包含如下警告语句:

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are aged from 8 years and above and supervised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.

 2.5 增加通用警告语句：

Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance.

 2.6 针对blenders增加如下警告语句：

WARNING — Always operate the blender with the lid or the guard in position as indicated in the instructions.

Never put a hand in the jar when it is placed on the base unit.

If food needs to be pushed down, use a suitable tool e.g. spatula.

3 . Cl. 11.8 增加表面温升要求，参考表Z101。

4． Cl. 20.2针对blenders的盖子或护罩新增了一个豁免要求：

当盖子或护罩满足22.12的要求用30N的拉力施加时不可拆，或者需要2个独立的步骤（比如先旋后提，先压后旋等）才可以拆除，那么就不需要把盖子或护罩拿掉考核。

5． Cl. 20.2对于blenders带开口杯且没有杯盖互锁结构的产品，开口杯的尺寸要符合下述要求：

--以盖子底部为边界的整个界面的最大尺寸小于125mm。

--盖子底部到刀座顶部的距离大于125mm。

6． Cl. 20.104新增豁免：

当盖子或护罩满足22.12的要求用30N的拉力施加时不可拆，或者需要2个独立的步骤（比如先旋后提，先压后旋等）才可以拆，那么就不把盖子或护罩当成可拆卸部件，在验证20.104时，不进行拆除。

7 . Cl. 20.113，Cl. 20.114把EK1的要求引入了：

Cl. 20.113: food processors和 blenders必须设置安全互锁结构，避免产品因为误用导致意外启动。

Cl. 20.114: 用blenders的可拆卸部件对盖子的互锁结构进行各种组合安装，不能导致危险运动部件被触及。

Cl. 20.Z101额外增加的条款，针对盖子不带互锁也能正常工作的blenders，需要从结构上避免意外启动的问题，开关部件可以设计成内凹或者有其他防护措施，以满足如下测试要求：

--对于按钮，拨码，翘班和滑动开关，用带半圆球头部的直径为40mm圆柱形的试验棒用5N的力不可以按下去启动器具（同20.103）。

--对旋转开关0.2Nm不可以启动。

如果上述两个要求不符合，那么需要把产品设计成2个独立的动作才可以启动，并且一个动作就可以关闭器具，两个动作的设计要符合以下内容：

第一步：把产品设定到按一个键就可以启动的模式(比如选择blender mode)，同时要有指示灯或者其他可见指示装置来显示产品目前处于此模式状态。

第二步：启动blender。

要求：

a,当第一步动作设定超过30s后产品没有按第二步，复位至初始状态；

b,结束工作后10s，复位至初始状态；

c,自动停止后，复位至初始状态；

d,在按键机构同一位置按两次不算两步操作。

8. 新增21.Z101: 手持式器具要做跌落测试。
